As part of its growth activities, the multi-asset manager FERI AG is expanding its advisory expertise for entrepreneurial families and large estates both in terms of personnel and locally.
On October 1, an experienced team for wealthy private clients headed by Michael Jänsch, previously Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer FINVIA, will take up its work in Hanover. As Divisional Director, Jänsch will be responsible for the further expansion of the Family Office Services division within the FERI Group and, together with the Divisional Director Private Clients, Dr. Patrick Zenz-Spitzweg, will be responsible for the acquisition and support of high net worth private clients.
Commenting on the strategic development, Marcel Renné, Chairman of the Management Board of FERI AG, said: “A good two years ago, with the OneFERI project, we set out to rethink, leverage synergies, bring about change and thus shape the future of FERI. We are delighted that we can now shape the next stage of this journey together with a highly experienced team in both the Private Clients and Business Development divisions.”
“Wealthy private clients and business families are facing ever greater complexities on the capital markets and next-generation issues are driving our clients. In its tradition as the first multi-family office in Germany, FERI has precisely the ambitions that are now needed to develop future-oriented, sustainable concepts for managing large assets with capital protection and convincing long-term performance,” says Michael Jänsch, new divisional director at FERI AG.
At the headquarters in Bad Homburg, Alexander Eimermacher, previously Managing Director & Chief Development Officer FINVIA, will head the newly created Business & Processes division. “With Alexander Eimermacher, we will continue to drive forward the development of our digital processes and modern infrastructure for our wealthy clients - more than ever geared to their specific needs,” says Marcus Brunner, CEO and COO of FERI AG.
Since September 1, Sandra Sohn, an experienced expert, has been responsible for the expansion and further development of the Products & Markets topics in the CIO Office of FERI AG. In this function, she reports to Dr. Wolfgang Baums, Divisional Director of the Investment Office.
