The Bad Homburg-based multi-asset investment house FERI is pushing ahead with its focus on the brand and, as a result, is adjusting its organizational structure: FERI Trust GmbH has been renamed FERI AG. Together with the two foreign subsidiaries in Luxembourg as well as in Switzerland, it forms the core of the FERI Group. "With this step, we want to set up our company even more efficiently and position it for the future," says Marcel Renné, Chairman of the Management Board of FERI AG. The goal, he said, is to bring FERI's DNA as a multi-asset investment house even more to the fore, both internally and externally.
The management of FERI in the new structure will be implemented via the Management Committee. In addition to the members of the Management Board, this committee also includes the divisional directors for the individual customer segments and business areas as well as representatives of the foreign subsidiaries.
Marcus Brunner, who had already been working for FERI as Head of Finance and Managing Director since 2016, joined the FERI AG Management Board on July 1. "We are delighted that Marcus Brunner is joining the Executive Board team as Chief Operating Officer and taking on responsibility for the important areas of Finance & Operations," says Dr. Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FERI AG and of the Executive Board of the MLP Group. Before joining FERI, Marcus Brunner was Head of Group Audit at MLP for more than ten years. He studied business administration at the TH Nuremberg and completed an MBA at the Mannheim Business School and the ESSEC Business School in Paris while working.
Other members of the Executive Board of FERI AG are Dr. Marcel V. Lähn (CIO) and Marcel Renné as CEO. Dr. Heinz-Werner Rapp continues to head the FERI Cognitive Finance Institute as its founder.
